Simple Yet Effective... Here's How It Works
AcquireSign makes use of a unique, three-step verification process that considers the most common forms of personal ID to create an approach that's simple for signatories yet effective for businesses.
1. Sign the document - The signatory electronically signs the document or agreement. With the ability to use their finger or pen to sign via a touch screen device, signatures are more authentic and legible. An image of the signature is added to the document or agreement.
For every signature, a unique code will be assigned, which will allow the owner of the document or agreement to log into AcquireSign and see:
Name of the signatory
Time and date of signing
Even the physical location of the signatory upon signing!
2. Add in the details - Using details that the signatory is likely to know or have on their person, they will then enter their credit card or PayPal details. To confirm that the card is valid and in their name, a small transaction of £1 will be made.
3. Verify ID with a unique code - Finally, the signatory will be sent a unique verification code directly to their mobile phone. They will then be required to add this code to the agreement or document, which has now undergone three separate stages of verification - all with little effort for both parties.
This three-step method will ensure that any document or agreement that uses the AcquireSign process is indisputably and irrefutably verified.
